Tea Talks is a three-part series for AANHPI middle school students. This year’s theme, Poetry Collages, pairs AANHPI poetry and music with collage-making, giving students space to explore identity, reflect on how different parts of who they are connect, and create in ways that feel curious, creative, and meaningful.

This collaboration brings together BIPOC girls and gender-expansive youth in grades 6–12 who feel called to Asian Girls Ignite or Convivir for a shared winter day in nature. Students learn cross-country skiing together, move at a collective pace on the trails, and spend the day alongside AGI and Convivir peers. Time outdoors supports physical well-being, strengthens connection to nature, and builds self-trust through doing and showing up together. This is a free event sponsored by Arc'teryx.

Luck. Abundance. A full table. Asian Girls Ignite’s annual Lunar New Year CelebrAsian returns to welcome the Year of the Horse with food, tradition, and shared joy. Come solo, come with your fam, or meet your AGI fam once you’re here.

Art tells the stories the world does not always want to hear. This workshop invites AGI middle schoolers to explore how art and activism work together with intention. Students create postcards with purpose, engage in a guided gallery walk on current events, and learn how creativity uplifts marginalized voices.
