Introducing the Lotus Collective
A re-imagined evolution of the Asian Girls Ignite Women’s Collective.
Open to AANHPI women and gender-expansive individuals, this vibrant community is all about fostering connections while serving as positive role models for our students.
Every AANHPI woman and student carries a powerful flame within them—a light of courage, compassion, curiosity, and connection.
As members of the Lotus Collective, you’re invited to use your flame to help our students shine even brighter. Whether you’re directly engaging with them or leading by example in your daily life, your presence helps light a path for the next generation.
The name change from the Women’s Collective to the Lotus Collective marks a new chapter
A fresh bloom rooted in beauty, hope, and resilience. Like the lotus flower found throughout Asia, our members embody AGI’s core values.
Members are invited to attend at least one quarterly gathering per year and can choose to get further involved through volunteering, storytelling, mentorship, or supporting events.
The collective is a space not just for giving but also for growing — together, we’ll strengthen our ability to serve as role models.
Ready to join us in making a lasting impact? Let’s help the next generation blaze their own trails!
