MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Grow into yourself with someone by your side

Mentorship that makes space for your story and supports you to write the next chapter.

What is Asian Girls Ignite’s Mentorship Program?

The Asian Girls Ignite Mentorship Program connects AANHPI girls and gender-expansive youth in grades 9–12 with mentors who reflect their identities, values, and lived experiences. Through one-on-one connections, monthly gatherings, creative workshops, and community events, mentorship becomes a space for both mentors and mentees to grow together.

The program is rooted in the belief that navigating identity, cultural pressures, and personal growth can support intentional relationships where youth feel seen, heard, and held.

 The Impact of Mentorship

Strong mentorship helps AANHPI youth feel more connected to themselves, their culture, and each other. In a world that doesn’t always reflect them, this program offers a space where they’re reminded that who they are and who they’re becoming is more than enough.
