Celebrating AANHPI Roots at Mile High Asian Food Week in Denver

At Asian Girls Ignite (AGI), food is more than just fuel—it’s a celebration of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) culture, community, and connection. Since 2020, our Denver-based nonprofit has been lucky to partner with amazing AANHPI-owned restaurants, food trucks, and drink spots that keep our youth programs, staff, and events nourished and joyful.

As Mile High Asian Food Week (MHAFW) returns from April 27 to May 3 in Colorado, we’re celebrating the local AANHPI food and beverage businesses that have supported AGI through the years. From Vietnamese iced coffee and mochi to dumplings and creative plant-based eats, these culinary gems in the Denver food scene have become part of our story—and we can’t wait for you to experience the magic too.
