What I Wish I Knew Before Going to High School… 🎒
The transition to high school comes with excitement and many unknowns, like new expectations, social dynamics, and increased independence, often before students feel fully ready.
This event gives your middle school child the chance to hear directly from AGI cohort 1 high school mentors who have recently gone through this transition themselves.
Your child will spend the morning with high school mentors through a panel and small, lunch time roundtable conversations.
What to expect
A panel of high school mentors sharing honest experiences without judgment
Small group, lunch time conversations led by high school mentors
Time for your child to ask questions, big or small, without judgment
Conversation shaped by your child’s interests, from academics and athletics to relationships, balance, and trying new things
Practical insight into what high school is like day to day
This event offers your child a thoughtful, supportive introduction to the next chapter ahead. 💜
