Leadership starts with knowing who you are.
This is a day for building your own definition, sparked by stories from AANHPI role models with similar lived experiences.
Not the kind of leadership talk you’re used to.
Spend the afternoon with women and gender-expansive adults from our Lotus Collective. Over food at spots that are Asian Girls Ignite staples at this point! Lotus Collective members will share moments that shaped them, a time they felt fully like themselves, when speaking up felt risky, and when they held onto what mattered even when it wasn’t easy.
What to expect
We’ll meet at the same spot and ride together, first stop to last.
Hear stories from our Lotus Collective over Singaporean boba, Korean bites, and Japanese lunch
Honest conversation, then a collage session to capture your own definition of leadership
