Stephanie (Steph) grew up in Long Beach, CA. In her professional life, she is a freelance Talent Development leader and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practitioner. 

Steph is a proud member of the Denver Japanese-American community. She participated in Sakura Foundation’s Mirai Generations Leadership Program (MGLP) and Go For Broke National Education Center’s Torchbearer Program.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and walking through the Denver Botanical Gardens. Steph’s favorite way to celebrate her Japanese heritage is by playing board games with her MGLP and Torchbearer friends.
