ElevAsian 2024 Vendor Application
Vendor applications open starting April 22nd until all spots are filled.
Vendors must be:
Available on Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 4-8pm
AAPI women-owned/led
Spots are limited. There is no cost to submit an application. If accepted, vendor registration fees will apply.
Step 1: Check Vendor CRITERIA
Vendors must be:
Available to be at Tivoli Turnhalle (900 Auraria Pkwy, Denver, CO 80204) on Saturday, August 17, 2024 from 4-8pm
AAPI women-owned/led
If both criteria are met, please move onto Step 2.
STEP 2: Submit an application
We are looking for AAPI woman-owned/led vendor applicants in the following categories:
Artwork
Savory food
Desserts and sweets
Outdoor food trucks
Pre-packaged food items and condiments
Non-food products and goods
Services and organizations
We cannot accept applications for vendors interested in live cooking at an indoor booth OR selling alcoholic beverages/CBD products. We are currently not accepting applications for vendors interested in selling non-alcoholic drinks. If you have any questions prior to applying, please contact us.
Spots are limited. There is no cost to submit an application.
Step 3: Wait for a response email
We will review your application and determine how good a fit your business/org will be for the event. Vendors who are accepted will receive an email with a private link to make the one-time booth fee payment and the option of donating 10% of your event sales to AGI.
All applicants will receive an email response no later than July 1, 2024.
Step 4: SUBMIT REGISTRATION
Accepted vendors will need to pay a registration fee for their booth and submit a registration form.
Registration fees are as follows:
For-profit business
$100 - single booth (indoor)
$200 - double booth (indoor)
$100 - food truck (outdoor)
Non-profit organizations*
$75 - single booth (indoor)
*Must provide documentation of non-profit status
A single booth comes with the following: 1 rectangular 6’ table, 2 chairs, and 1 tablecloth supplied by the event organizer. Double booths come with 2 rectangular 6' tables, 4 chairs, 2 tablecloths supplied by the event organizer. Food trucks will receive an outdoor space to accommodate their vehicle or cart. Participating vendors will also be listed on the ElevAsian website and may be included in event promotion.
The vendor registration form will include agreeing to and signing a vendor agreement and paying the registration fee.
Step 5: Receive final confirmation
Once your registration fee is received, we’ll send you an email confirming you are officially an ElevAsian vendor!
This year, for the first time ever, Asian Girl’s Ignite’s ElevAsian Night Market Fundraiser is free and open to the public. Proceeds of premium ticket sales and vendor/guest donations will help meet AGI’s goal of raising $50,000 to further our vision of reaching all AAPI girls through AGI events and programming.
